Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Deandre Avila kicked off to start the match. In the last second Richard Spears throw himself and got hold of the ball when Deandre Avila in the 9thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, Rigoulette AFC's Giovanni Pierre got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Steele in the 11th minute of play forced Rigoulette AFC's goalkeeper Ermenegilde Stiles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermenegilde Stiles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Steele in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Deandre Avila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rigoulette AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deandre Avila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delhi's Richard Spears proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Delhi from getting a goal against them. Maria Whalen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Richard Spears skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Jason Childs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rigoulette AFC's Ermenegilde Stiles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 40 played minutes Rigoulette AFC got a freekick which was hit by Deandre Avila. Rigoulette AFC's Ermenegilde Stiles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Clements in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of Delhi booed when Rigoulette AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darrel Chester didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the game, Horacio Steele was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Delhi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rigoulette AFC the free kick. After 52 played minutes Delhi got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Steele. Richard Spears came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Rigoulette AFC's Maria Whalen. But to his dismay, Maria Whalen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Ermenegilde Stiles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Clements in the 65th minute of the match. Sherwood Duclos hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. When Sergio Clements, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 68 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ermenegilde Stiles was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Horacio Steele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rigoulette AFC's zone, Sergio Clements stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermenegilde Stiles came out of the goal and Sergio Clements tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ermenegilde Stiles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horacio Steele in the 73rd minute. Richard Spears showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maria Whalen, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Deandre Avila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Rigoulette AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alexis Lemieux fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Marshall Wilkins hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Sergio Clements had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Sergio Clements shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermenegilde Stiles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermenegilde Stiles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Clements in the 86th minute of play. If Horacio Steele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Deandre Avila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Spears was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
