Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Murdochville FC's Florencio Keller got a free kick in the 9th minute. With a little luck, Glenelg AFC's Pablo Watkins got control of the ball when Bruno Raines tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot by Marty Lespérance from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Pablo Watkins's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Germain Busque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Watkins having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Glenelg AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chester Atkinson to maneuver through the defense. After 24 minutes, Jorge Burris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glenelg AFC and the Murdochville FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 23 minutes into the game, one of Glenelg AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Duncan Bliss shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Sanford German fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcellin Bourgeau having to interfere. If Jerold Conley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Jesse Holloway dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pablo Watkins, 1-0. Jerold Conley struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Marcellin Bourgeau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glenelg AFC. Pablo Watkins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesse Holloway, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Jorge Burris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th match minute, Murdochville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lyman Hamby to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Sanford German made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Jerold Conley reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcellin Bourgeau. The goal made the score 1-1. Pablo Watkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesse Holloway in the 57th minute of the match. Chester Atkinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chester Atkinson kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Pablo Watkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesse Holloway in the 65th minute of the match. Jerold Conley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chester Atkinson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Marcellin Bourgeau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcellin Bourgeau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sanford German, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Watkins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesse Holloway in the 81st minute of the match. Murdochville FC's Jesse Holloway got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Raines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Pablo Watkins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sanford German fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcellin Bourgeau having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
