Spectators: 6739 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 0) Aubrey Jordan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, McDame was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nigel Coffman to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conrad Goins during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. McDame's Aubrey Jordan got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eli Willis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eli Willis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Aubrey Jordan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The McDame fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ian Ford made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Blaise Sprague sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, McDame's goal looked a bit too open when Eli Willis came free, but Ian Ford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Carden FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carmen Rubin came free, but Jérôme Newsome reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmen Rubin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jérôme Newsome having to interfere. Jérôme Newsome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmen Rubin in the 39th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Eli Willis rounded McDame's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eli Willis to make the kick off. Jérôme Newsome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aubrey Jordan, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Roger Charest hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aubrey Jordan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 minutes, Jeffrey Murray mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the McDame and the Carden FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, McDame's Jeffrey Murray got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ian Ford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blaise Sprague in the 57th minute of play. Aubrey Jordan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aubrey Jordan in the 62nd minute of play forced Carden FC's goalkeeper Jérôme Newsome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aubrey Jordan in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jérôme Newsome prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 71 minutes, Aubrey Jordan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. McDame's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aubrey Jordan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 78 played minutes, McDame's Nigel Coffman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jérôme Newsome came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in McDame reached it. The audience was convinced that Aubrey Jordan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jérôme Newsome was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, Carmen Rubin notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Carden FC's Jérôme Newsome. Jérôme Newsome was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jérôme Newsome made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Carmen Rubin sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the match, Carden FC's goalkeeper Jérôme Newsome had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmen Rubin. Carden FC's Blaise Sprague got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eli Willis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Carden FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching McDame's performance. The match ended with a win for McDame.
