Gustavo Morin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jesse Holland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Gustavo Morin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donnie Key saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donnie Key was a little too slow when Gustavo Morin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. Comber's Jesse Holland got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesse Holland got free with Donnie Key in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jesse Holland came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Donnie Key could save by the left post. Gustavo Morin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesse Holland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Donnie Key tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Hubert Grandpré hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 played minutes Shemogue AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hubert Grandpré. In the 56th minute Jesse Holland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donnie Key saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Raymundo McDonough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Comber booed when Shemogue AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donnie Key was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Donnie Key made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Morin in the 73rd minute of play. Gustavo Morin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donnie Key having to interfere. Shemogue AFC's Donnie Key played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Morin in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of Shemogue AFC booed when Comber was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duane Corbett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesse Holland struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Donnie Key didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Comber. Donnie Key took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Morin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the game, Comber's Gustavo Morin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donnie Key made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1.
