Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Chauncey Braden started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Arnold Rousseau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, one of Drinnan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Michellton FC's Carlton Grove played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Adkins in the 21st minute of play. Leandro Thayer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Chauncey Braden took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Julian Pariseau to make any attempt to save it. 27 minutes into the match, Rocky Blue notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Michellton FC's Carlton Grove. Carlton Grove was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rocky Blue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Carlton Grove tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 34 in the game by Leandro Thayer from a close distance when the talented Julian Pariseau managed to make a qualified save. Drinnan's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Drinnan's zone, Chauncey Braden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julian Pariseau came out of the goal and Chauncey Braden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julian Pariseau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chauncey Braden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Thayer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Julian Pariseau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Chauncey Braden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Pariseau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dee Peralta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rocky Blue to strike the kick off in the second half. When Michellton FC's Chauncey Braden in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drinnan's goalie prevented a goal. When Leandro Thayer came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Michellton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Thayer couldn't finish the play. Carlton Grove made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rocky Blue in the 62nd minute of play. Chauncey Braden's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julian Pariseau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Chauncey Braden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Andres Peoples fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Drinnan's protests and gave Andres Peoples a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, Drinnan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Peoples to maneuver through the defense. When Leandro Thayer came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Michellton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Thayer couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Alfonso Adkins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Thayer in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julian Pariseau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute, Rocky Blue got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marius Holloway kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Leandro Thayer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julian Pariseau came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Michellton FC's Leandro Thayer. But to his dismay, Leandro Thayer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Michellton FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
