Seating: 1749, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Riley Dube made the kick off which started today's match. Victor Couet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Mitch Guérette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mitch Guérette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Bingham in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Boniface Stewart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Boniface Stewart dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ivan Lopez, 1-0. When Julio Bingham came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the McMurray FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Bingham couldn't finish the play. When Julio Bingham came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the McMurray FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Bingham couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Madoc's zone, Victor Couet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mitch Guérette came out of the goal and Victor Couet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Kris Sheets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 29 minutes, Julio Bingham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. McMurray FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Bingham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Ivan Lopez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Bingham in the 43rd minute of play forced Madoc's goalkeeper Mitch Guérette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Mitch Guérette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Bingham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Couet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Mitch Guérette made a huge save. 61 minutes into the game, one of Madoc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Boniface Stewart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ivan Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boniface Stewart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yann Beaudry placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Julio Bingham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Bingham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mitch Guérette having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando House during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Madoc booed when McMurray FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando House didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sheldon Charpie fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Madoc's protests and gave Sheldon Charpie a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of McMurray FC booed when Madoc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sheldon Charpie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Riley Dube fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Lopez having to interfere. With an all-out effort, McMurray FC's Mitch Guérette threw himself towards the right post 99 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julio Bingham, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
