Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giuseppe Cardwell took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ethan Poole in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Errol Maurer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute Eloida were awarded a corner. Chadwick Sarrazin went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Eloida's Chadwick Sarrazin to fire away a dangerous shot which Donnell Masson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Jeffrey Sandoval had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Errol Maurer. Eloida's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeffrey Sandoval was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Eloida's Giuseppe McGhee got a free kick in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeffrey Sandoval got free with Errol Maurer in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eloida's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Jeffrey Sandoval scored to the left of an out of position Errol Maurer, making the score, 2-0. If Abraham Barnhart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abraham Barnhart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Donnell Masson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Cardinal AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Barnhart came free, but Donnell Masson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Giuseppe Cardwell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donnell Masson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeffrey Sandoval during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jeffrey Sandoval kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Abraham Barnhart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donnell Masson having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ethan Poole to make the kick off. Ethan Poole sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute Giuseppe Cardwell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donnell Masson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giuseppe Cardwell in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donnell Masson saved Cardinal AFC from getting behind. In the 77th minute Ethan Poole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errol Maurer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ethan Poole had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Errol Maurer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ethan Poole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abraham Barnhart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donnell Masson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cardinal AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eloida had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
