An unexpectedly hard shot by Kennith Moore in the 6th minute of play forced Parkhill AFC's goalkeeper Burton Randle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emon Querrys short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Sanford Toney to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 10 minutes into the game, McMasterville FC's Kennith Moore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Burton Randle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 13th match minute, McMasterville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corentin Sumner to maneuver through the defense. Dirk Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Gonzalo Darden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sanford Toney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Corentin Sumner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19thth minute of the game Gonzalo Darden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but McMasterville FC's Sanford Toney was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Garland Brooks fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parkhill AFC's protests and gave Garland Brooks a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Parkhill AFC! The referee gave McMasterville FC a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Serge Sauvé, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Parkhill AFC's Burton Randle. 0-2. 30 minutes into the match, Parkhill AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Kory Cuevas came free, but Burton Randle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 played minutes McMasterville FC got a freekick which was hit by Clyde Bellemare. A hard shot by Russel Kauffman from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got Sanford Toney's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gonzalo Darden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sanford Toney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kory Cuevas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burton Randle having to interfere. Emon Querry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Sanford Toney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kory Cuevas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emon Querry struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Sanford Toney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parkhill AFC. Kory Cuevas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Kory Cuevas came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the McMasterville FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kory Cuevas couldn't finish the play. McMasterville FC's Sanford Toney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emon Querry in the 66th minute of play. Andy Aldridge's late challenge caught a Parkhill AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andy Aldridge helped the player get up and apologised. Burton Randle made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Kory Cuevas sent off a good shot on target. McMasterville FC's Sanford Toney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Darden in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Sterling Peachey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. McMasterville FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Parkhill AFC the free kick. Sterling Peachey kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Gonzalo Darden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Burton Randle made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Kory Cuevas sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, McMasterville FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Darden came free, but Sanford Toney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The McMasterville FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing McMasterville FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
