Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kennith Larkin started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Brock Despins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wiseton and the Lomond AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Wiseton getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Brock Despins hit a great ball. Wiseton's Elijah Vachon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Wiseton from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Lomond AFC's zone, Reinaldo Bergman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chas Cotton came out of the goal and Reinaldo Bergman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kirk Stanton hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, Wiseton's Reinaldo Bergman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chas Cotton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Reinaldo Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Chas Cotton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Reinaldo Bergman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elijah Vachon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kennith Larkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 45 minutes, Kirk Stanton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lomond AFC and the Wiseton players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urbain Waldron to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute of the match Porter Hébert shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chas Cotton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Abram Stahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lomond AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abram Stahl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florencio Saucier hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 66 minutes of play, Lomond AFC's Kennith Larkin made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elijah Vachon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th minute Abram Stahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elijah Vachon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70thth minute of the game Urbain Waldron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lomond AFC's Chas Cotton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chas Cotton was a little too slow when Justin Cook got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-6. Urbain Waldron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Chas Cotton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Wiseton booed when Lomond AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kirk Stanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lomond AFC's Chas Cotton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbain Waldron in the 86th minute of play. Elijah Vachon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Stahl in the 88th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brock Despins got free with Chas Cotton in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Urbain Waldron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
