The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lauren Lamoureux was the one to do the kick off. Alfred Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Lomond AFC's Kennith Larkin got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abram Stahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Osnaburgh AFC's zone, Abram Stahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Coy Temple came out of the goal and Abram Stahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Stahl in the 65th minute of play forced Osnaburgh AFC's goalkeeper Coy Temple to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Osnaburgh AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Stahl came free, but Coy Temple reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Osnaburgh AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Glen Fontenot hit a great ball. Osnaburgh AFC's Coy Temple played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kennith Larkin in the 79th minute of play. Kirk Stanton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Abram Stahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Osnaburgh AFC's goalkeeper Coy Temple, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Kennith Larkin had to leave the field with a concussion. 89 minutes into the game, Armand Figueroa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Osnaburgh AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lomond AFC the free kick. Quintin Parnell walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After having played for 96 minutes, Kirk Stanton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lomond AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kirk Stanton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
