Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rodrick Aldridge got the match started through his kick off. When Rodrick Aldridge came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the MacRae fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrick Aldridge couldn't finish the play. Willie Guidry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Garry Trent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Bussière during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 25 minutes, Olen Faure managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MacRae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olen Faure was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Rodrick Aldridge notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Arrandale FC's Alphonse Callahan. Alphonse Callahan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rodrick Aldridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th match minute, MacRae was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josiah Hopson to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes in the game Florencio Rudd after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Garry Trent. A very good opportunity. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Oconnell got free with Garry Trent in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Willie Guidry to make the kick off. A collision led to MacRae getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Dong Boisclair hit a great ball. Arrandale FC were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after MacRae's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Florencio Rudd took the corner. Florencio Rudd made a great header on Arrandale FC's corner, it was just that MacRae's Garry Trent managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrick Aldridge in the 61st minute of play forced Arrandale FC's goalkeeper Alphonse Callahan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Rodrick Aldridge recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alphonse Callahan. Rodrick Aldridge showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 68th minute, Willie Guidry got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Patrick Felix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alphonse Callahan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrick Aldridge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Arrandale FC got a freekick which was hit by Mose Donnelly. 93 minutes into the match, MacRae's Josiah Hopson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Patrick Felix's late challenge caught a MacRae's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Felix helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Arrandale FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Patrick Felix hit a great ball.
