Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sung McFarland kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute of the match, Ismael Waller got a very nice opportunity to score, but August Perkins was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. August Perkins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berry Laberge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paris Johnston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Florence Labrecque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute Sung McFarland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florence Labrecque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sung McFarland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Walden charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabian Walden the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Burgeo getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Fabian Walden hit a great ball. Oromocto's Paris Johnston got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Burgeo's goal looked a bit too open when Sung McFarland came free, but Florence Labrecque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Kauffman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Perkins having to interfere. If Ismael Waller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Waller in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of August Perkins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ismael Waller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A nice corner shot did that Frances Connelly got away a dangerous shot. Despite this August Perkins quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Burgeo's zone, Paris Johnston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florence Labrecque came out of the goal and Paris Johnston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oromocto's August Perkins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Kauffman in the 39th minute of play. Ismael Waller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When Isaac Waller fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oromocto's protests and gave Isaac Waller a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Oromocto fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Burgeo's Florence Labrecque proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Burgeo from getting a goal against them. Florence Labrecque was a little too slow when Sung McFarland got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-2. Florence Labrecque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sung McFarland in the 77th minute of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Ismael Waller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oromocto's August Perkins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aurelio Duke hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Ismael Waller struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. August Perkins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burgeo. Ismael Waller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Perkins having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Oromocto had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
