The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barthélémy Miner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacob Crum's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jefferey Pearson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. After 54 minutes of play, Bersimis AFC's Jacob Crum made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jefferey Pearson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 59 minutes, Kirby Bacon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tignish AFC and the Bersimis AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kirby Bacon kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 64th minute Bart Hargrove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jefferey Pearson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Barthélémy Miner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Bersimis AFC's goalkeeper Rigoberto Wray had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boyd Pomerleau.
