Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alphonse Murray took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dong Carignan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trenton Duval having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Titus McCoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute, Hung Rivas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Copeland was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 24th minute, Eusebio Mailhot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 25 minutes, Alphonse Murray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Millhaven FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alphonse Murray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dave Walters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jorge Copeland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Springburn FC's Hung Rivas got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Alphonse Murray cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Trenton Duval was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hung Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jorge Copeland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Copeland came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Springburn FC's Hung Rivas. But to his dismay, Hung Rivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hung Rivas made a kick off. When Titus McCoy fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Springburn FC's protests and gave Titus McCoy a yellow card for diving instead. Titus McCoy hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Dave Walters managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Springburn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Walters was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trenton Duval breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enoch Sample kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Dave Walters managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Springburn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Walters was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hung Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jorge Copeland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hung Rivas in the 77th minute of play forced Millhaven FC's goalkeeper Jorge Copeland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Absolon Crawford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Millhaven FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Springburn FC the free kick. If Dave Walters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hung Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Copeland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hung Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Springburn FC's Hung Rivas in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Millhaven FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 93rd minute, Titus McCoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Springburn FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
