The tension between the Villemontel and the Nitwanga AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Villemontel! In the 14th minute of the match Seth Hagen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elijah Bertrand showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Villemontel's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Boyce Quick scored to the left of an out of position Elijah Bertrand, making the score, 2-0. If Richard Jarrett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremiah Dietz might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilbur Davenport. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremiah Dietz ran back to his position shaking his head. Seth Hagen kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Wilbur Davenport didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremiah Dietz went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Villemontel's zone, Donald Winters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elijah Bertrand came out of the goal and Donald Winters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donald Winters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Elijah Bertrand made a huge save. Boyce Quick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elijah Bertrand having to interfere. Elijah Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Elliott in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boyce Quick to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Villemontel's Neil Alford got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Richard Jarrett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Wilbur Davenport tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Villemontel's zone, Boyce Quick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elijah Bertrand came out of the goal and Boyce Quick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 61 played minutes Villemontel got a freekick which was hit by Herbert White. After having played for 67 minutes, Donald Winters managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nitwanga AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donald Winters was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Herbert White had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Emanuel Elliott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Villemontel's Neil Alford tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Jarrett in the 78th minute of play forced Nitwanga AFC's goalkeeper Wilbur Davenport to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Donald Winters managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nitwanga AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donald Winters was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyce Quick in the 91st minute of play forced Villemontel's goalkeeper Elijah Bertrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Bingham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elijah Bertrand having to interfere. Elijah Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Elliott in the 96th minute of play. The Villemontel players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Nitwanga AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
