Marcus Lam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Patel in the 27th minute of the match. Queenstown FC's Marcus Lam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Patel in the 29th minute of play. With a little luck, Michichi AFC's Jae Beaupré got control of the ball when Derick Keller tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Michichi AFC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Aldo Mott hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hassan Doe in the 37th minute of play forced Queenstown FC's goalkeeper Marcus Lam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Hassan Doe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Michichi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hassan Doe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ariel Leduc was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Michichi AFC's Jae Beaupré played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ashley Morin in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Aldo Mott's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Lam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ashley Morin in the 55th minute of play forced Michichi AFC's goalkeeper Jae Beaupré to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Derick Keller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Derick Keller in the 60th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Ashley Morin took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jae Beaupré. Jae Beaupré dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ashley Morin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jae Beaupré having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Derick Keller made a precise shot to the right of Jae Beaupré. Michichi AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. A collision led to Queenstown FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sang Garrett hit a great ball. With his leg Marcus Lam managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Michichi AFC's Hassan Doe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Queenstown FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
