Spectators: 6715 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jordan Frederick took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Hanley's Kieth Finley got control of the ball when Jamison Saenz tried to sneak it across the goal line. John Sharp charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Sharp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Hanley got a freekick which was hit by John Sharp. Lino Neff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Arelee's goal looked a bit too open when Randy Delaney came free, but Rolf Grier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jamison Saenz got free with Kieth Finley in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Lino Neff came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Hanley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Neff couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jay Spencer during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Jay Spencer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute of the match Sean Beam sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolf Grier skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Arelee booed when Hanley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irwin Stevens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Jordan Frederick dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kieth Finley, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When Hanley's Randy Delaney in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arelee's goalie prevented a goal. Hanley's Branden Comer got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rdth minute of the game Randy Delaney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arelee's Rolf Grier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rolf Grier was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Randy Delaney showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 65 minute of play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arelee's goalkeeper Rolf Grier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Randy Delaney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolf Grier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Jordan Frederick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Kieth Finley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Jordan Frederick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kieth Finley was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Lino Neff came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rolf Grier could save by the left post. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
