Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Donte Amos kicked off to start the match. Donte Amos struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Kieth Finley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Western Armenia. Kieth Finley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donte Amos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donte Amos in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kieth Finley saved Hanley from getting behind. When Western Armenia's Donte Amos in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hanley's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Western Armenia booed when Hanley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irwin Stevens didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donte Amos in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kieth Finley saved Hanley from getting behind. After 23rd play minutes Donte Amos shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Kieth Finley and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 34th minute Donte Amos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kieth Finley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donte Amos in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kieth Finley saved Hanley from getting behind. In the 41st minute, Donte Amos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donte Amos in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kieth Finley saved Hanley from getting behind. In the 44th minute of the match Alfredo Herrera shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kieth Finley showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Hanley players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Western Armenia were winning 1-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Randy Delaney to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, John Sharp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Hanley's zone, Damian Varner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kieth Finley came out of the goal and Damian Varner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, Western Armenia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donte Amos to maneuver through the defense. Lino Neff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 59 played minutes Hanley got a freekick which was hit by Levi Eason. Damian Varner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alfredo Herrera hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Hanley's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Donte Amos 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. In the 72ndth minute of the game Donte Amos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hanley's Kieth Finley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kieth Finley was a little too slow when Donte Amos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-4. Donte Amos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Kieth Finley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Western Armenia made a substitution. Khalefa Al Bloshi replaced Donte Amos. Kieth Finley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Khalefa Al Bloshi's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Western Armenia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
