Hanley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Randy Delaney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Hanley's Randy Delaney slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jae Beaupré. That made the score 1-3 after 90 minutes of play. A collision led to Michichi AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Aldo Mott hit a great ball. The Michichi AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hanley's performance. The match ended with a win for Hanley.
