In the 19th minute Dion Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Darby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes Ladner FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carmelo Landry who took care of the corner kick. In the 77th of the match, Karl Gabriaux tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ernesto Bolduc got in the way and made a wonderful save. Ernesto Bolduc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Gabriaux in the 83rd minute of the match.
