Spectators: 6731 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hugo Ratliff made the kick off which started today's match. Hugo Ratliff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Pollock having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Toussaint Esquivel made a precise shot to the right of Carter Pollock. Morricetown FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Hugo Ratliff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Neely, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Morricetown FC's zone, Toussaint Esquivel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carter Pollock came out of the goal and Toussaint Esquivel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carter Pollock came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Altona AFC's Hugo Ratliff. But to his dismay, Hugo Ratliff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. With a little luck, Altona AFC's Jonathan Neely got control of the ball when Daron McClain tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Altona AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Elton Herbert made the kick off in the second half. Altona AFC's Jonathan Neely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daron McClain in the 52nd minute of play. Toussaint Esquivel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Carter Pollock when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Toussaint Esquivel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Morricetown FC booed when Altona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Monte Ash didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Morricetown FC's goalkeeper Carter Pollock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toussaint Esquivel. Toussaint Esquivel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Omar Jensen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carter Pollock. Morricetown FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hugo Ratliff might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carter Pollock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Ratliff ran back to his position shaking his head. When Elton Herbert came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Morricetown FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elton Herbert couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute, Omar Jensen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Morricetown FC's goalkeeper Carter Pollock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toussaint Esquivel. Altona AFC's Jonathan Neely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daron McClain in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Hal Lécuyer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altona AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morricetown FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Altona AFC's Hal Lécuyer got a free kick in the 88th minute. The Morricetown FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Altona AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Altona AFC.
