Santiago Riggs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shane Hoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Santiago Riggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Aponte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bromhead AFC's goalkeeper Santiago Riggs, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Bromhead AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Shane Hoff came free, but Santiago Riggs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ismael Aponte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santiago Riggs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Aponte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ismael Aponte sped through Bromhead AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santiago Riggs. Rashad Magee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Graham in the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Luseland's goalkeeper Rashad Magee, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Santiago Riggs made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Shane Hoff sent off a good shot on target. Santiago Riggs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrick Hagen went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute, Carmine Law hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rashad Magee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernie Dubé in the 63rd minute of play. Shane Hoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Riggs having to interfere. If Shane Hoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernie Dubé fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rashad Magee having to interfere. Shane Hoff came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Santiago Riggs could save by the left post. The supporters of Luseland booed when Bromhead AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Cisneros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Shane Hoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Riggs. Bromhead AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shane Hoff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. When Shane Hoff came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Luseland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shane Hoff couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Bromhead AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Luseland:s goal. When Bernie Dubé came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Bromhead AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernie Dubé couldn't finish the play. In the 98th minute, Bernie Dubé got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Luseland had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
