Spectators: 6743 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 0) Shalalth's Dwayne Corbin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Jayson Snell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shalalth's Hollis Horton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Errol Mothé in the 9th minute of play. Dwayne Corbin kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Mobley in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hollis Horton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raymon Souplet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute Eric Mobley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hollis Horton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierre Moseley made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Sydney McKinney sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sydney McKinney got free with Pierre Moseley in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hollis Horton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Mobley, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Pierre Moseley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dwayne Corbin in the 33rd minute of play. Raymon Souplet succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eric Mobley was the one to do the kick off. In the 56thth minute of the game Raymon Souplet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shalalth's Hollis Horton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raymon Souplet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hollis Horton having to interfere. Pierre Moseley came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Shalalth's Sydney McKinney. But to his dismay, Sydney McKinney quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Eric Mobley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Hollis Horton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hollis Horton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Mobley in the 68th minute. The Hawarden fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Hawarden's Raymon Souplet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Shalalth's Dwayne Corbin got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Pierre Moseley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dwayne Corbin, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eric Mobley got free with Hollis Horton in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute of the match, Raymon Souplet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hollis Horton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Raymon Souplet scored 1-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hollis Horton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Hawarden left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Shalalth.
