Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United's zone, Derrick Lilly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Villalobos came out of the goal and Derrick Lilly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Darrel Christiansen came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Headquarters FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darrel Christiansen couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Gousse in the 14th minute of play forced Headquarters FC's goalkeeper Godelieve Nicholson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godelieve Nicholson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathieu Gousse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Manchester United's Alva Ambrose nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Godelieve Nicholson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Derrick Lilly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcos Villalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Darrel Christiansen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Villalobos. That made the score 1-2 in the 26 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darrel Christiansen in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Villalobos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Gousse in the 31st minute of play forced Headquarters FC's goalkeeper Godelieve Nicholson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Derrick Lilly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Headquarters FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Derrick Lilly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Headquarters FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Buford Campbell hit a great ball. Moshe Ruel hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Godelieve Nicholson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathieu Gousse, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Derrick Lilly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Headquarters FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Derrick Lilly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Villalobos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Darrel Christiansen to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Derrick Lilly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute, Headquarters FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mathieu Gousse fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Godelieve Nicholson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathieu Gousse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Shayne Lane fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Headquarters FC's protests and gave Shayne Lane a yellow card for diving instead. Shayne Lane kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Mathieu Gousse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Godelieve Nicholson. Mathieu Gousse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Marcos Villalobos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darrel Christiansen in the 64th minute of the match. Marcos Villalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derrick Lilly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darrel Christiansen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darrel Christiansen took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Villalobos. Marcos Villalobos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 83rdth minute of the game Darrel Christiansen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United's Marcos Villalobos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcos Villalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darrel Christiansen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arturo Benedict hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Derrick Lilly spun around in front of the goal 89 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Manchester United's goal. If Darrel Christiansen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Headquarters FC's Godelieve Nicholson got control of the ball when Alva Ambrose tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alva Ambrose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Manchester United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
