Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rod Garza took the kick off in the first half of the match. A hard shot 3 in the game by Francesco Connolly from a close distance when the talented Colton Melendez managed to make a qualified save. Dapp FC's players were relieved. Francesco Connolly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jamie Thurston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Francesco Connolly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jamie Thurston recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rod Garza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Colton Melendez having to make a save. Logan Caron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamie Thurston in the 30th minute of play. Jamie Thurston struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Logan Caron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dapp FC. Francesco Connolly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colton Melendez having to interfere. Rod Garza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colton Melendez having to interfere. Rod Garza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rod Garza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Elma AFC's Rod Garza got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 62 minutes, Francesco Connolly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elma AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Connolly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Colton Melendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rod Garza in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Elma AFC booed when Dapp FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Coley didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 played minutes Elma AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jayson Chatman. If Jamie Thurston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elma AFC's Logan Caron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Archie Chenard in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Elma AFC booed when Dapp FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Archie Chenard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Logan Caron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archie Chenard, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Rod Garza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Colton Melendez. Dapp FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rod Garza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 91 minutes into the match, Elma AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Archie Chenard came free, but Logan Caron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dapp FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Buddy Blankenship in the 93rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Archie Chenard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Logan Caron quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dapp FC's Archie Chenard got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dapp FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Elma AFC.
