Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lionel Granger started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ripples FC's goalkeeper Tommie Flynn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ripples FC's zone, Danilo Croteau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommie Flynn came out of the goal and Danilo Croteau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Zuniga in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommie Flynn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frédéric Manning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bladworth FC booed when Ripples FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dieudonné Ludwig kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Mata in the 31st minute of play forced Bladworth FC's goalkeeper Jerry Barron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Silas Ledbetter notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ripples FC's Tommie Flynn. Tommie Flynn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 40 played minutes Ripples FC got a freekick which was hit by Dieudonné Ludwig. Frédéric Manning's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommie Flynn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Zuniga to strike the kick off in the second half. If Taylor Dubeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 53 played minutes Ripples FC got a freekick which was hit by Dieudonné Ludwig. In the 56th match minute, Ripples FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dieudonné Ludwig to maneuver through the defense. Martin Zuniga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Croteau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommie Flynn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Zuniga in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Danilo Croteau had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommie Flynn. Ripples FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Croteau was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Tommie Flynn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Taylor Dubeau's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Martin Zuniga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommie Flynn having to make a save. A collision led to Ripples FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ryan Gagnon hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ripples FC's goalkeeper Tommie Flynn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ripples FC's Tommie Flynn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silas Ledbetter in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute Lionel Granger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Barron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommie Flynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silas Ledbetter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Zuniga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommie Flynn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Bladworth FC's Frédéric Manning sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommie Flynn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Bladworth FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel Granger came free, but Jerry Barron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Danilo Croteau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommie Flynn was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, Ripples FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Zuniga came free, but Tommie Flynn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommie Flynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silas Ledbetter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Frédéric Manning managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bladworth FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frédéric Manning was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommie Flynn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Silas Ledbetter put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommie Flynn.
