John Charlesbois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Goodrich's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Forest Oneil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Garson AFC's Issac Ladner got a free kick in the 19th minute. Zackary Thorne kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 minutes, Stevie Goguen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fredericton and the Garson AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Forest Oneil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. John Charlesbois was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Forest Oneil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but John Charlesbois made a huge save. Leo Goodrich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Goodrich in the 38th minute of play forced Fredericton's goalkeeper John Charlesbois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fredericton's Taylor Rooney got a free kick in the 41st minute. Fredericton's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Leo Goodrich scored to the left of an out of position John Charlesbois, making the score, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Leo Goodrich's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but John Charlesbois was relentless in the 46th minute of the game.

Basile Ruel let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 52nd minute shot 2-1 at rihgt post. In the 57th minute Forest Oneil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Charlesbois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romain McMahon's late challenge caught a Fredericton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romain McMahon helped the player get up and apologised. Romain McMahon kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Garson AFC's Forest Oneil got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Fredericton getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Stevie Goguen hit a great ball. Salvatore Stringer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raymond Calloway having to make a save. When Salvatore Stringer came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Fredericton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvatore Stringer couldn't finish the play. Filiberto Grimard kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Zackary Thorne took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raymond Calloway. Garson AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Forest Oneil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Salvatore Stringer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Goodrich blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without John Charlesbois having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Forest Oneil during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes Garson AFC got a freekick which was hit by Forest Oneil. Leo Goodrich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Charlesbois having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Leo Goodrich had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of John Charlesbois. Fredericton's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Goodrich was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Fredericton's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
