Daren Zimmer kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Berthierville AFC's Myron Ruel got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Israel Cartier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Berthierville AFC's Dee Elliot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Broussard in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Myron Ruel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norberto Manuel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 33rd match minute, Berthierville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederic Capps to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Broussard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Israel Cartier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Israel Cartier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Boniface Kearns was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berthierville AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charlottetown AFC the free kick. Boniface Kearns hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Myron Ruel came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Berthierville AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Myron Ruel couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Broussard to strike the kick off in the second half. If Myron Ruel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Berthierville AFC fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Berthierville AFC's Myron Ruel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Norberto Manuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Myron Ruel, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Rodrigo Broussard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dee Elliot having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Rodrigo Broussard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Charlottetown AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Broussard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The goalkeeper, Dee Elliot, was totally fooled by Charlottetown AFC's Hung Parson, who 73 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Xavier Sims took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Norberto Manuel. Charlottetown AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 82 minutes, Israel Cartier made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Berthierville AFC's Dee Elliot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Charlottetown AFC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Herbert Lamy hit a great ball. Burl Fournier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Berthierville AFC had won after a very even match.
