Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Damion Tilley kicked off to start the match. In the 2ndth minute of the game Kendrick Bloom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kelligrews AFC's Julio Li was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Julio Li managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Macalister's Colombe Brock fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 8 minutes into the game, when Toney Bullock put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Macalister:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kelligrews AFC:s goal. When Jérôme McDonald came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Kelligrews AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jérôme McDonald couldn't finish the play. Damion Tilley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ollie Gareau having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damion Tilley in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ollie Gareau saved Macalister from getting behind. If Damion Tilley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Macalister's Ollie Gareau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damion Tilley in the 26th minute of play. Brock Connell kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Kelligrews AFC's Julio Li got control of the ball when Colombe Brock tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Colombe Brock fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macalister's protests and gave Colombe Brock a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Macalister getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Colombe Brock hit a great ball. Ollie Gareau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damion Tilley in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Colombe Brock made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Colombe Brock in the 52nd minute of play forced Kelligrews AFC's goalkeeper Julio Li to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ollie Gareau made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Jérôme McDonald sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sal Dye got free with Ollie Gareau in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sal Dye received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ollie Gareau came out and tried to block the shot, but Sal Dye slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 58th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Macalister's goalkeeper Ollie Gareau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jérôme McDonald. If Colombe Brock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gale Greenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Kelvin Cummins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Li was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After 72 minutes, Julian Perkins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Macalister and the Kelligrews AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Damion Tilley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damion Tilley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Damion Tilley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kelligrews AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damion Tilley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 90 minutes, Kelvin Cummins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Macalister and the Kelligrews AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kelvin Cummins hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Colombe Brock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Li saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ollie Gareau made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Jérôme McDonald sent off a good shot on target. If Sal Dye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kelligrews AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
