Absolon Doss didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillaume Séguin went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 9 minutes into the game, one of Oxford FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave HARMANSARAY a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roch McGowan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Oxford FC's Dominique Vickers. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in HARMANSARAY's zone, Apollinaire Judd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Absolon Doss came out of the goal and Apollinaire Judd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Guillaume Séguin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Absolon Doss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Séguin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Leonard Bienvenue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Guillaume Séguin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Absolon Doss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, HARMANSARAY's goal looked a bit too open when Apollinaire Judd came free, but Absolon Doss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Apollinaire Judd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas McLean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oxford FC's Dominique Vickers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas McLean in the 31st minute of play. After 36 played minutes Oxford FC got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Ball. After 37 played minutes, HARMANSARAY's Roch McGowan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dominique Vickers came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in HARMANSARAY reached it. With a little luck, Oxford FC's Dominique Vickers got control of the ball when Leonard Bienvenue tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dominique Vickers made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Leonard Bienvenue sent off a good shot on target. Apollinaire Judd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Absolon Doss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The HARMANSARAY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oxford FC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Apollinaire Judd to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, HARMANSARAY's goalkeeper Absolon Doss had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillaume Séguin. A collision led to HARMANSARAY getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rickey Moody hit a great ball. Gustavo Terrell shot from long distance in the 60th minute, but Absolon Doss was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Absolon Doss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apollinaire Judd in the 63rd minute of play. Apollinaire Judd might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Absolon Doss. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apollinaire Judd ran back to his position shaking his head. HARMANSARAY's Absolon Doss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save HARMANSARAY from getting a goal against them. Oxford FC's Dominique Vickers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas McLean in the 75th minute of play. Andreas McLean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominique Vickers having to interfere. Oxford FC's Apollinaire Judd was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Oxford FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Ball to maneuver through the defense. Leonard Bienvenue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominique Vickers having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Oxford FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Bienvenue came free, but Dominique Vickers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The HARMANSARAY supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Oxford FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Oxford FC.
