Otto Lake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roy Tabor having to interfere. Roy Tabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Lake in the 11th minute of the match. Roy Tabor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Otto Lake's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Otto Lake received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Roy Tabor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 minutes of play, Patricia's Barnabé Barber made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roy Tabor was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the match, Patricia's Roger Comer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roy Tabor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patricia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcel Garland in the 27th minute. The corner led Patricia's Marcel Garland to fire away a dangerous shot which Roy Tabor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Perry Wiley did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Peter Ashley 28 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Otto Lake in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roy Tabor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37thth minute of the game Perry Wiley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patricia's Peter Ashley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Otto Lake fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roy Tabor having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Léonard Starnes got free with Peter Ashley in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Perry Wiley to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Patricia! Patricia:s Peter Ashley showed great skill when he stopped Harold Feldman:s penalty. With a little luck, Keewatin's Roy Tabor got control of the ball when Barnabé Barber tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Keewatin getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Harold Feldman hit a great ball. Keewatin's Roy Tabor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Keewatin from getting a goal against them. When Perry Wiley came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Keewatin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Perry Wiley couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Patricia defense, Léonard Starnes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peter Ashley. The Patricia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peter Ashley should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd match minute, Patricia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barrett Whitley to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Keewatin's Roy Tabor got control of the ball when Barnabé Barber tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Barnabé Barber came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Patricia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barnabé Barber couldn't finish the play. When Barnabé Barber, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 98 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Roy Tabor was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Keewatin were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Patricia for a fine match.
