Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joan Edmonds kicked off to start the match. When Tichborne FC's Guadalupe Montes in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Tichborne FC booed when Ochiltree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joan Edmonds didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiberto Hay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Beal in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Bill McKenzie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Stanford Hopson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute Joan Edmonds shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanford Hopson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Guadalupe Montes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filiberto Hay was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. When Tichborne FC's Guadalupe Montes in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Ochiltree's Joan Edmonds in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tichborne FC's goalie prevented a goal. Bill McKenzie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bill McKenzie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Stanford Hopson made a huge save. If Joan Edmonds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joan Edmonds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanford Hopson having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guadalupe Montes to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Tichborne FC's Jules Lara got a free kick in the 56th minute. Scott Morton's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Stanford Hopson on his right side and into the goal. 57 minutes into the game it was 2-0. Stanford Hopson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joan Edmonds, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Bill McKenzie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanford Hopson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ochiltree booed when Tichborne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rex Poirier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Beal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Tichborne FC's Hugo Beal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filiberto Hay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Ochiltree's Dick Canales seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dick Canales the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ochiltree protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dick Canales had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 89 minutes into the game, one of Ochiltree:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Filiberto Hay went to the wrong direction when Fernando Michael was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 94th match minute, Ochiltree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by René Leduc to maneuver through the defense. In the 99th minute, Bill McKenzie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stanford Hopson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.
