Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jamie Beverly started the match with the kick off. Jamie Beverly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coy Major having to interfere. When Noel Manley came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Canyon AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Manley couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamie Beverly in the 9th minute of play forced Sackville's goalkeeper Coy Major to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Manley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jamie Beverly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes Sackville got a freekick which was hit by Lloyd Camp. Sackville's Coy Major played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Manley in the 29th minute of play. Coy Major showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamie Beverly in the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Truman Crandall got free with Colby Bermudez in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jamie Beverly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jamie Beverly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coy Major having to interfere. In the 47th minute Honoré Morin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Colby Bermudez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Truman Crandall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Colby Bermudez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Canyon AFC's Noel Manley got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th match minute, Canyon AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Labrecque to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Ryan McCain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Coy Major saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sackville's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Noel Manley scored to the left of an out of position Coy Major, making the score, 0-1. Noel Manley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ryan McCain during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ryan McCain hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When Canyon AFC's Jamie Beverly in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sackville's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute Canyon AFC were awarded a corner. Julian Pittman went to the cornerflag to take it. Noel Manley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Coy Major tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Géraud Haskins kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. If Jamie Beverly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Canyon AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sackville.
