After 8 minutes, Leo Rosales mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Narcisse FC and the Malton players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leo Rosales kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Malton's Phil Rivers couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Narcisse FC. Dalton Graves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Geoffrey Maynard made a huge save. Gary Richey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malton's Britt Duffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chong Sewell in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Gary Richey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Narcisse FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Dalton Graves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geoffrey Maynard having to interfere. Troy Hawk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gary Richey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes, Narcisse FC's Leo Rosales shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Britt Duffy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Narcisse FC reached it. In the 35th match minute, Malton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lawrence Reece to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Narcisse FC's Gary Richey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Britt Duffy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sal Schafer kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Gary Richey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Narcisse FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Dalton Graves came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Malton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalton Graves couldn't finish the play. In the 58th match minute, Malton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Lécuyer to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Gary Richey took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Britt Duffy to make any attempt to save it. Chong Sewell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Britt Duffy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chong Sewell in the 69th minute of play forced Malton's goalkeeper Britt Duffy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Chong Sewell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Narcisse FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chong Sewell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Britt Duffy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Troy Hawk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malton's Britt Duffy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Malton from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Narcisse FC booed when Malton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilbert Kellogg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Britt Duffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gary Richey in the 88th minute of the match. Dalton Graves struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Geoffrey Maynard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malton. Narcisse FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
