Spectators: 6731 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 0) Gilbert Gilliam came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Boundary's Quintin Ladner. But to his dismay, Quintin Ladner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Frederick Savoie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boundary's supporters rose to their feet, but Frederick Savoie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilbert Gilliam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Boundary's Jérôme Trujillo got control of the ball when Hipolito McCracken tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Boundary's Elmo Hess got a free kick in the 11th minute. If Milford Gardner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jérôme Trujillo came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Emerson's Hipolito McCracken. But to his dismay, Hipolito McCracken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Boundary's goal looked a bit too open when Milford Gardner came free, but Jérôme Trujillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito McCracken got free with Jérôme Trujillo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the match, Milford Gardner dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jérôme Trujillo, 2-1. Boundary were furious when Marc Gingras was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Emerson a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isreal Shipp, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Boundary's Jérôme Trujillo. 3-1. 37 minutes in the game, Milford Gardner fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jérôme Trujillo having to interfere. Quintin Ladner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 44th minute, Quintin Ladner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilbert Gilliam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmo Hess, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Milford Gardner was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Richie Auclair was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emerson's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boundary the free kick. After a rather tough play, Emerson's Richie Auclair got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 60th match minute, Boundary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Ennis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milford Gardner in the 61st minute of play forced Boundary's goalkeeper Jérôme Trujillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milford Gardner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jérôme Trujillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milford Gardner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jérôme Trujillo having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Emerson's Hipolito McCracken sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jérôme Trujillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Emerson's goalkeeper Gilbert Gilliam, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boundary's Jérôme Trujillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milford Gardner in the 76th minute of play. Jérôme Trujillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito McCracken, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Monroe Gaulin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Quintin Ladner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Gilbert Gilliam made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Weston Tanguay during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th minute, one of Boundary:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boundary. In the 90th match minute, Boundary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Lauzier to maneuver through the defense. Jérôme Trujillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hipolito McCracken's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Emerson's Hipolito McCracken got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Milford Gardner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jérôme Trujillo having to interfere. Jonas Lawler hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Boundary's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
