In the 5thth minute of the game Armand Hoover who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leader FC's Colombain Muniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th match minute, Newdale AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Margarito Andrade to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Ismael Horne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Roy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Zackary Fountain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Preston Roy. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Zackary Fountain's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Preston Roy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 29 minutes into the game, Newdale AFC's Courtney Benedict nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Colombain Muniz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 33 minutes, Zackary Fountain mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leader FC and the Newdale AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Leader FC got a freekick which was hit by Zackary Fountain. The audience was convinced that Ismael Horne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Preston Roy was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. If Reid Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombain Muniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reid Lara in the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of Newdale AFC booed when Leader FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zackary Fountain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reid Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colombain Muniz having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ismael Horne to make the kick off. Ismael Horne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lanny Caldwell hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes, Leader FC's Joan Todd shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Preston Roy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Leader FC reached it. In the 63rd minute, Zackary Fountain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leader FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The supporters of Leader FC booed when Newdale AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Théophile Tipton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Preston Roy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Horne, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After 79 played minutes Newdale AFC got a freekick which was hit by Courtney Benedict. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ismael Horne sped through Newdale AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Preston Roy. Joan Todd hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The supporters of Leader FC booed when Newdale AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armand Hoover didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Newdale AFC's zone, Zackary Fountain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Preston Roy came out of the goal and Zackary Fountain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas L'Hiver hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reid Lara in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Colombain Muniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorian Keys hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Leader FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Newdale AFC for a fine match.
