Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Royal Bouchard kicked off to start the match. Jae Dumas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armand Hoover in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Newdale AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ryan Kaplan hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Dapp AFC's Jospeh Hyatt broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pablo Cutler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Preston Roy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Royal Bouchard in the 17th minute of the match. When Dapp AFC's Royal Bouchard in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Newdale AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Preston Roy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Royal Bouchard, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Pablo Cutler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Preston Roy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute Pablo Cutler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Roy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pablo Cutler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Royal Bouchard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Dapp AFC's Pablo Cutler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Preston Roy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armand Hoover stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armand Hoover in the 59th minute of play forced Dapp AFC's goalkeeper Jae Dumas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Preston Roy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Royal Bouchard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clint Sneed during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dapp AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Clint Sneed hit a great ball. Armand Hoover took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jae Dumas. Jae Dumas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Armand Hoover recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Dapp AFC booed when Newdale AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Théophile Tipton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jospeh Hyatt was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Royal Bouchard might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Preston Roy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Royal Bouchard ran back to his position shaking his head. Reid Lara struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Jae Dumas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newdale AFC. 87 minutes into the match, Newdale AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Royal Bouchard came free, but Preston Roy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Pablo Cutler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Royal Bouchard in the 92nd minute of play forced Newdale AFC's goalkeeper Preston Roy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Cutler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Preston Roy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
