Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Don Felder got the match started through his kick off. Don Felder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Titus Charrette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Valentine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Khartum's Gilbert Acosta got a free kick in the 14th minute. Titus Charrette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes Brownsburg got a freekick which was hit by Columbus Petersen. After 21 played minutes, Khartum's Aristide Oakley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Randell Duhamel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Khartum reached it. Earnest Labonté recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th match minute, Khartum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnson Wynn to maneuver through the defense. Freeman Brodeur missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 29 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Sang Schmidt right hand side. After 37 minutes, Gilbert Acosta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Khartum and the Brownsburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Gilbert Acosta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Khartum's zone, Emil Valentine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sang Schmidt came out of the goal and Emil Valentine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Earnest Labonté in the 45th minute of play forced Brownsburg's goalkeeper Randell Duhamel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Earnest Labonté made the kick off in the second half. Erin Myles's late challenge caught a Brownsburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erin Myles helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Khartum got a freekick which was hit by Erin Myles. Emil Valentine's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sang Schmidt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Titus Charrette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Randell Duhamel having to interfere. Earnest Labonté sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the game, Titus Charrette cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Randell Duhamel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Khartum getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Erin Myles hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Earnest Labonté made a precise shot to the right of Randell Duhamel. Brownsburg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 84 minutes into the game, Khartum's Titus Charrette nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Randell Duhamel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Randell Duhamel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Earnest Labonté in the 87th minute of play. Emil Valentine was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Khartum's zone, Emil Valentine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sang Schmidt came out of the goal and Emil Valentine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khartum's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
