Spectators: 6725 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rosendo King started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Collin Pacheco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tyson Munoz was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Whitney's zone, Collin Pacheco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tyson Munoz came out of the goal and Collin Pacheco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosendo King took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tyson Munoz. Tyson Munoz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Whitney's goal looked a bit too open when Collin Pacheco came free, but Tyson Munoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Whitney fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Dover a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lamont Langford, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Whitney's Tyson Munoz. 0-2. Tyson Munoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo King in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Collin Pacheco put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tyson Munoz. Tyson Munoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Collin Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Britt Tompkins came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Dover fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Britt Tompkins couldn't finish the play. Tyson Munoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Collin Pacheco in the 35th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Collin Pacheco in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tyson Munoz saved Whitney from getting behind. When Dover's Collin Pacheco in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Whitney's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Rosendo King put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Tyson Munoz. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarrod Riel to make the kick off. With a little luck, Whitney's Tyson Munoz got control of the ball when Jay Read tried to sneak it across the goal line. Collin Pacheco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tyson Munoz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, one of Whitney:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Whitney. 71 minutes into the match, Whitney's goalkeeper Tyson Munoz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Collin Pacheco. 71 minutes into the match, Collin Pacheco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tyson Munoz, 0-6. 80 minutes into the game, Lamont Langford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dover's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Whitney the free kick. Lamont Langford hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Whitney's goalkeeper Tyson Munoz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86thth minute of the game Rosendo King who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Whitney's Tyson Munoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tyson Munoz was a little too slow when Rosendo King got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-8. Rosendo King was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Collin Pacheco got free in front of the goal in the 91st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Tyson Munoz was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Tyson Munoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosendo King in the 93rd minute of the match. Whitney's Tyson Munoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo King in the 96th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosendo King in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tyson Munoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dover played a much better game than Whitney and deserved their victory. The Whitney players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
