Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jared Sheppard got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Hastings FC's Lyman Key got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lyman Key got free with Telesphore Oliver in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelino Rowan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexis Howe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Livelong's goalkeeper Telesphore Oliver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lyman Key. In the 16th minute, Kennith Thurman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Livelong fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcelino Rowan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexis Howe in the 22nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jared Sheppard in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Telesphore Oliver saved Livelong from getting behind. 29 minutes into the game, Livelong's Kennith Thurman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelino Rowan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Kennith Thurman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Marcelino Rowan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexis Howe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Telesphore Oliver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jared Sheppard, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A hard shot 42 in the game by Lyman Key from a close distance when the talented Telesphore Oliver managed to make a qualified save. Livelong's players were relieved. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Hastings FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Porfirio Bernard hit a great ball. Kennith Thurman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelino Rowan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. When Lyman Key came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Hastings FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lyman Key couldn't finish the play. Jared Sheppard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hastings FC's Jared Sheppard in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Livelong's Kennith Thurman got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kennith Thurman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kennith Thurman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Rowan having to interfere. The Livelong players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
