Livelong's Kennith Thurman got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Alexis Howe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kennith Thurman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Loup Marcum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Irwin Carrington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th minute, Elvis Rodrigue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Loup Marcum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Flaherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noe Fletcher kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 26 minutes Livelong's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vince Berthiaume who took care of the corner kick. If Kennith Thurman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loup Marcum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kennith Thurman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Alexis Howe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loup Marcum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bilby AFC's goalkeeper Loup Marcum, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Telesphore Oliver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamar McFarland, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jamar McFarland to strike the kick off in the second half. When Domenic Crocker fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Livelong's protests and gave Domenic Crocker a yellow card for diving instead. Domenic Crocker kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Bilby AFC's Loup Marcum got control of the ball when Kennith Thurman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Livelong's Telesphore Oliver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamar McFarland in the 63rd minute of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Hershel Dube who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Livelong's Telesphore Oliver was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alexis Howe struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Loup Marcum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Livelong. Telesphore Oliver didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hershel Dube went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Livelong booed when Bilby AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zack Collier didn't get a good kick on the ball.
