Terence Gibson in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Virgilio Quintana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Boniface Fleming showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donat Moser in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28th minute Terrell Cope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boniface Fleming saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Papillion Sirois kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Henri Hardy sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Glidden AFC's Virgilio Quintana didn't even have to move. Lavaltrie AFC's Boniface Fleming played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terrell Cope in the 34th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Lavaltrie AFC got a freekick which was hit by Henri Hardy. Donat Moser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lavaltrie AFC's Boniface Fleming played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donat Moser in the 40th minute of play. Terrell Cope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Dale Esparza fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Virgilio Quintana, passed just outside the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Terrell Cope made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Donat Moser could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Boniface Fleming however easily saved by the left post. In the 56th minute, Raphaël Horn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Glidden AFC's Russel Matos broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Terrell Cope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lavaltrie AFC's Terence Gibson got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dale Esparza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Lavaltrie AFC booed when Glidden AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Papillion Sirois didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Terrell Cope managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glidden AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Terrell Cope was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Terrell Cope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Terence Gibson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Quintana having to interfere.
