Missanabie
Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) When Raphaël Horn came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Lavaltrie AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raphaël Horn couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute Terence Gibson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Bonds saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dale Esparza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Leonard Bonds tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Terence Gibson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Deaton charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Deaton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lavaltrie AFC booed when Missanabie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Deaton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Terence Gibson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonard Bonds took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Esparza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes Missanabie got a freekick which was hit by Virgil Eastman. Missanabie's Leonard Bonds played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dale Esparza in the 17th minute of play. If Chadwick Craig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Chadwick Craig reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Boniface Fleming. The goal made the score 1-0. Boniface Fleming took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Travis Prather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Chadwick Craig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boniface Fleming. Lavaltrie AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chadwick Craig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Terence Gibson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Leonard Bonds tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Missanabie's goal looked a bit too open when Dale Esparza came free, but Leonard Bonds reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 41 minutes into the match, Dale Esparza notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Missanabie's Leonard Bonds. Leonard Bonds was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 46 minutes into the match, Lavaltrie AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Travis Prather came free, but Boniface Fleming reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Dale Esparza made the kick off in the second half. Terence Gibson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henri Hardy during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Travis Prather had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lavaltrie AFC's Boniface Fleming played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Travis Prather in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Missanabie's goalkeeper Leonard Bonds had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Terence Gibson. A collision led to Lavaltrie AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Terence Gibson hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes, Lavaltrie AFC's Jed Goldberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonard Bonds came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lavaltrie AFC reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dale Esparza in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Bonds prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chadwick Craig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Missanabie's Alfredo Brandon got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Alex Deaton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rdth minute of the game Travis Prather who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lavaltrie AFC's Boniface Fleming was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Terence Gibson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute, Jed Goldberg fired a really elegant long shot, but Leonard Bonds threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Terence Gibson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Missanabie were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lavaltrie AFC for a fine match.
