Spectators: 6717 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 0) Millard King made the kick off and thus started the match. 6 minutes into the match, Pavilion AFC's goalkeeper Jeramy Witt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Terence Gibson. Darrin Elliott's late challenge caught a Pavilion AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darrin Elliott helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Lavaltrie AFC got a freekick which was hit by Darrin Elliott. In the 8th minute, Millard King got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dale Esparza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeramy Witt having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Lavaltrie AFC's Dale Esparza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Millard King fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boniface Fleming having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Lavaltrie AFC's Jeramy Witt threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dale Esparza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Raphaël Horn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jeramy Witt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boniface Fleming showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacques Mosher, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lavaltrie AFC's zone, Jacques Mosher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boniface Fleming came out of the goal and Jacques Mosher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Millard King had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacques Mosher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Boniface Fleming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Millard King in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boniface Fleming prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jacques Mosher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeramy Witt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Esparza in the 40th minute of play. Millard King received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Boniface Fleming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Raphaël Horn's late challenge caught a Pavilion AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raphaël Horn helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Lavaltrie AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphaël Horn to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacques Mosher got free with Boniface Fleming in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Millard King sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boniface Fleming took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Millard King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Millard King cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Boniface Fleming was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 76 minutes into the game, Pavilion AFC's Millard King nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boniface Fleming made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. With a little luck, Lavaltrie AFC's Boniface Fleming got control of the ball when Jacques Mosher tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lavaltrie AFC's Terence Gibson got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dale Esparza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dale Esparza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Terence Gibson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pavilion AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
