Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Guadalupe Childress managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrhead FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guadalupe Childress was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Brock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hector Brock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Larsen in the 5th minute of the match. Fernand Pinette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurice Barrière, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Rocky Denton in the 8th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Maurice Barrière had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurice Barrière fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernand Pinette having to interfere. In the 15th minute Maurice Barrière shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernand Pinette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rocky Denton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernand Pinette having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Halvorgate got a freekick which was hit by Gaspard Cortes. After 22 minutes of play, Barrhead FC's Guadalupe Childress made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hector Brock was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barrhead FC's Claude Larsen got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Guadalupe Childress got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 31st minute, Alphonse Dunham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Brock was a little too slow when Claude Larsen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0. 45 minutes into the match, Halvorgate's goal looked a bit too open when Claude Larsen came free, but Hector Brock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guadalupe Childress received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hector Brock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After having played for 52 minutes, Guadalupe Childress managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrhead FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guadalupe Childress was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernand Pinette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rocky Denton, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Maurice Barrière had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 77 in the game by Rocky Denton from a close distance when the talented Fernand Pinette managed to make a qualified save. Barrhead FC's players were relieved. When Winfred Estes fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrhead FC's protests and gave Winfred Estes a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurice Barrière got free with Fernand Pinette in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Halvorgate defense, Guadalupe Childress kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Brock. The Halvorgate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Brock should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Barrhead FC's zone, Rocky Denton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernand Pinette came out of the goal and Rocky Denton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurice Barrière had several of the Barrhead FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Fernand Pinette as he didn't even see the shot coming. Halvorgate's Hector Brock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Winfred Estes in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Barrhead FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Halvorgate had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
