Spectators: 6746 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) FriBeRtz FC's Francesco Demers started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, FriBeRtz FC's Lacy Ashby got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some careless play in the Halvorgate defense, Benjamin Corbett kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Brock. The Halvorgate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Brock should have stopped the shot. A collision led to FriBeRtz FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Francesco Demers hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Francesco Demers fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Hector Brock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francesco Demers, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Alberto Moreira made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Maurice Barrière sent off a good shot on target. Francesco Demers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Hector Brock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Halvorgate's goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Demers came free, but Hector Brock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Brock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francesco Demers went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute, Brendan Emerson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, FriBeRtz FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rocky Denton fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 35 minutes of play, FriBeRtz FC's Francesco Demers made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hector Brock was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francesco Demers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Halvorgate's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Corbett came free, but Hector Brock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurice Barrière fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Moreira having to interfere. After the first half FriBeRtz FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rocky Denton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Halvorgate's goalkeeper Hector Brock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 56 minutes, Francesco Demers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FriBeRtz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Demers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Halvorgate booed when FriBeRtz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brendan Emerson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocky Denton in the 64th minute of play forced FriBeRtz FC's goalkeeper Alberto Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Halvorgate's goalkeeper Hector Brock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francesco Demers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Brock having to interfere. If Francesco Demers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FriBeRtz FC's Alberto Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurice Barrière in the 88th minute of play. Rocky Denton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Alberto Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Benjamin Corbett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FriBeRtz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Corbett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded FriBeRtz FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Halvorgate.
