Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 0) Travis Prather started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Barrhead FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Travis Prather scored to the left of an out of position Fernand Pinette, making the score, 1-0. Leonard Bonds made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Larsen in the 11th minute of play. After 17 played minutes Missanabie got a freekick which was hit by Harland Wilkinson. The audience was convinced that Claude Larsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Bonds was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Claude Larsen succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Travis Prather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Bonds took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Winfred Estes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barrhead FC's Fernand Pinette proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Barrhead FC from getting a goal against them. Travis Prather recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee gave Barrhead FC a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cornelius Sheehan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Missanabie's Leonard Bonds. 1-2. The Missanabie players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barrhead FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claude Larsen was the one to do the kick off. Barrhead FC's Fernand Pinette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chadwick Craig in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes, Winfred Estes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrhead FC and the Missanabie players grew even worse after the yellow card. 57 minutes into the game, Chadwick Craig cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Fernand Pinette was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 60 minutes, Alfredo Brandon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Missanabie and the Barrhead FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alfredo Brandon kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Missanabie's zone, Guadalupe Childress stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Bonds came out of the goal and Guadalupe Childress tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cornelius Sheehan fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrhead FC's protests and gave Cornelius Sheehan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Barrhead FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Cornelius Sheehan hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Missanabie's Harland Wilkinson in action when he in the 67th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! A collision led to Barrhead FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Winfred Estes hit a great ball. If Travis Prather had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chadwick Craig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Fernand Pinette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Esteban Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Missanabie's Travis Prather got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Missanabie's Alex Deaton got a free kick in the 95th minute.
