The supporters of Dover booed when FriBeRtz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lacy Ashby didn't get a good kick on the ball. FriBeRtz FC's Alberto Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blair Goodwin in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FriBeRtz FC's Korey Figueroa got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 43rd minute, Booker Fontaine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francesco Demers to strike the kick off in the second half. Minh Bledsoe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Corbett in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd match minute, Dover was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignace Dube to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute Francesco Demers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Minh Bledsoe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Francesco Demers came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the FriBeRtz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francesco Demers couldn't finish the play. Maxwell Hahn made in the 57th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Timothy Abraham immediately put the ball in play. In the 61st match minute, FriBeRtz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lacy Ashby to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Collins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Art Sams charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Art Sams the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dover's Art Sams got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Benjamin Corbett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin Corbett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francesco Demers took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Minh Bledsoe. Minh Bledsoe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 90th match minute, Dover was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bastien Grandpré to maneuver through the defense. Minh Bledsoe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Corbett, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Francesco Demers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
