Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jayson Maher started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Revelstoke AFC's zone, Neal Benjamin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmy Chicoine came out of the goal and Neal Benjamin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jayson Maher in the 6th minute of play forced Revelstoke AFC's goalkeeper Jimmy Chicoine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Rene Witherspoon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lloydminster FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Revelstoke AFC the free kick. Rene Witherspoon hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The supporters of Revelstoke AFC booed when Lloydminster FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Mayberry didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Barnes in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lance Duplessis saved Lloydminster FC from getting behind. Lance Duplessis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Barnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jayson Maher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Frank Mayberry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Lloydminster FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Barnes came free, but Lance Duplessis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Barnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Michael Barnes came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Revelstoke AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Barnes couldn't finish the play. Frank Mayberry might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jimmy Chicoine. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Mayberry ran back to his position shaking his head.

The wind increased when Michael Barnes made the kick off in the second half. Kerry Wilkes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lance Duplessis having to interfere. Lance Duplessis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kerry Wilkes's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Lance Duplessis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Barnes went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Jayson Maher succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. 68 minutes into the match, Revelstoke AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jayson Maher came free, but Jimmy Chicoine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Lloydminster FC's Neal Benjamin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jimmy Chicoine narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dorian Erickson kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Jimmy Chicoine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jayson Maher in the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, Revelstoke AFC's Jimmy Chicoine got control of the ball when Neal Benjamin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 73 played minutes Revelstoke AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Gadbois. Delmer Mercer kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Lloydminster FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Barnes came free, but Lance Duplessis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lance Duplessis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Barnes in the 85th minute of play.
