An unexpectedly hard shot by Neville Ashby in the 11th minute of play forced Bruno's goalkeeper Gayle Olson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Bruno's Eloy Simpson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eldridge Meyer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With his leg Gayle Olson managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when chelsea's Brain Hamm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Neville Ashby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Bruno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Reese to maneuver through the defense. Eldridge Meyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Rainey in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Bruno getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fidel Reese hit a great ball. If Pablo Levine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brain Hamm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gayle Olson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bruno's zone, Brain Hamm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gayle Olson came out of the goal and Brain Hamm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Dillon Downs managed to get in a good position for a shot. chelsea's supporters rose to their feet, but Dillon Downs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gayle Olson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 42 played minutes Brain Hamm rounded Bruno's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Eloy Simpson made the kick off in the second half. Dillon Downs's late challenge caught a Bruno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dillon Downs helped the player get up and apologised. Dillon Downs kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Lenard Compton, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Eloy Simpson took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Eldridge Meyer to make any attempt to save it. Gayle Olson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brain Hamm, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Neville Ashby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dillon Downs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gayle Olson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Levine took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gayle Olson. Gayle Olson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Gayle Olson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when chelsea's Brain Hamm shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Brain Hamm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bruno's Gayle Olson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Bruno's goal looked a bit too open when Brain Hamm came free, but Gayle Olson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, chelsea's Pablo Levine sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gayle Olson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. chelsea had played much better football throughout.
